Shareholders are hereby notified about the launch of the "Saksham Niveshak - Second 100 Days Campaign", from 1st April 2026 to 9th July 2026.
This initiative aims to create awareness amongst investors and facilitate the resolution of pending issues relating to unclaimed dividends and shares transferred to Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF), updation of KYC and nomination details, and enable investors to claim their rightful entitlements.
As per SEBI circulars, shareholders holding physical securities must update KYC details (PAN, nomination, contact, email, mobile, bank details, and signature) with the Registrar & Transfer Agent (RTA) to ensure dividend payments and avoid folio freezing. Dividend payments will be made only in electronic mode after KYC compliance.
To update your KYC details for your folio, please send the following documents:
1. A duly filled Form ISR-1 along with self-attested supporting documents for updating your KYC details.
2. A completed Form ISR-2 with your signature attested by your banker, plus either an original canceled cheque with your name printed on it
or a self-attested copy of your bank passbook or statement.
3. A completed Form SH-13 for updating your nomination.

The dividends on shares are payable only in electronic mode and to those shareholders whose folio is KYC Compliant. Dividend will be credited directly to the bank accounts of the shareholders.
Accordingly, shareholders are requested to update their KYC at the earliest. For updating the KYC details, shareholders are requested to download the following forms from website of the Registrar
and Share Transfer Agent M/s. KFin Technologies Limited (KFintech) at https://ris.kfintech.com/clientservices/isc/isrforms.aspx.

To update your KYC details for your folio, please send the following documents:
a. Through hard copies which should be self-attested and dated and must be sent at KFin Technologies Limited, Selenium Tower B,
Plot Nos. 31 & 32, Financial District, Nanakramguda, Serilingampally Mandal, Hyderabad - 500032, India; OR
b. Through electronic mode at einward.ris@kfintech.com , provided that they are sent through E-mail id of the holder registered with
RTA and all documents should be electronically/digitally signed by the Shareholder and in case of joint holders, by first joint holder. OR
c. Through web- portal of RTA viz. KFin Technologies Limited - https://ris.kfintech.com
For dematerialised shares, update KYC with your Depository Participant and submit updated Client Master List to RTA.
In view of this, the Company has sent emails/letters, as applicable, informing shareholders about the initiative and has requested them to update their KYC details at the earliest.
